Becoming a fully licensed therapist is a trip (to say the least), and I've been fascinated by the whole process (and its impact on a person) since before I started the process, myself.

My passion for supporting therapists through their professional development has evolved from providing support groups to offering individual supervision for aspiring LCSW's.
